AustraliaGood. Except for delivery - it would be beneficial to have a large 'full disclosure’ caveat on your site, under shipping, in the cart (for decent UX) that stated Vorsen only deliver furniture to the curb.
AustraliaI absolutely love my chair. Unfortunately the delivery company damaged the box and caused a small blemish on the leather but I contacted Vorsen and they answered the call, acknowledged my email I sent and resolved the issue within 24 hours so I couldn’t be more happy with their service.
