AustraliaEverything was great other than delivery. The delivery driver showed up at our door and informed me he couldn't get the chair to the office suite because it was too heavy for him to carry and too big to fit on his trolley. He should have brought the right equipment or help to complete the delivery. We eventually got it to the office with the help of several other employees.
