Excellent. Delivery delayed a little but communication around this was great.
After being initially disappointed that one of the two stools we ordered was faulty, Vorsen did good & replaced the faulty stool promptly at no extra charge. We can now say the stools look great & being orange, add that bit of colour our kitchen needed. They are comfortable stools also & I have noticed friends make a b-line for them & can comfortably sit around my kitchen island & chat, whilst having a cuppa & cake.
Easy order, and the delivery was a day quicker than expected. Great service!
