SHIPPING

Our warehouse in Sydney operates daily shipments through our extensive network of couriers, facilitating deliveries across Australia. Depending on availability, we also provide same-day delivery within the Sydney metropolitan area. Orders for items in stock and fully paid will be dispatched within 1-2 business days. For orders placed via bank transfer, shipment will occur once the funds have cleared.

To ensure smooth delivery, we collaborate with trusted third-party couriers who can deliver your items either curbside or to the loading dock. Please note that all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. It is important to note that the responsibility for insuring goods during transit lies with the customer. Vorsen is not liable for any lost or damaged items. 

White Glove Delivery Service 
We have a dedicated Vorsen Delivery Team for the Sydney Metro area, offering a premium white glove service that includes delivery, installation, and rubbish removal. This service is designed to give you peace of mind, with a 2-hour delivery window notification and your furniture handled exclusively by our trusted in-house team. We understand the need to coordinate with multiple vendors, which is why we prioritise flexibility and clear communication throughout the process.

Delivery Time Frames:
Estimated delivery time frames for products that show “In-Stock”: 

• 1-3 Business Days: NSW, QLD & VIC metro + ACT 
• 2-6 Business Days: NSW, QLD + VIC non-metro areas 
• 3-4 Business Days: SA + TAS metro 
• 5-7 Business Days: SA + TAS non-metro areas + WA 

Please note: orders are shipped when all items are in stock. 

Deliveries are strictly Monday to Friday. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Terms + Conditions for Free Shipping Promotion: 

• Free shipping is available for new online orders over $999 within NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA only.
• Additionally, orders over $ 999 for sale items are eligible for free shipping within NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, and SA.
• Trade customers are requested to contact their Account Manager for shipping details.

• For the 7-day change of mind policy, return shipping to our Sydney warehouse and the subsequent delivery to you will incur charges.
