Orders can be shipped immediately if all items are in stock, or stored until your venue is ready. For Sydney metro, our in-house Vorsen Delivery Team offers a premium white glove service—including delivery, installation, and rubbish removal—with a 2-hour delivery window for added convenience. We also offer venue photography for Sydney metro orders. Our experienced team ensures a smooth, flexible installation process with clear communication every step of the way.

All transportation and delivery costs are charged based on the cubic volume and is built into the quote at cost price. Vorsen uses 3rd party freight companies to execute nationwide shipping.
The set discount percentage you will receive applies to single item orders as well as bulk orders. We will review your account annually should you be eligible to transition to the next tier.

For all commercial orders, please email your enquiry to our sales team at sales@vorsen.com.au and we will respond with a formal quotation which will include your exclusive trade discount. Stock is only allocated once full payment has been received.
Vorsen offers free warehousing on all paid orders. Once you are ready to receive delivery, simply let us know a week in advance and we will prepare your order for dispatch.
