Trade FAQ's

No, all transportation and delivery costs are charged based on the cubic volume and is built into the quote at cost price. Vorsen uses 3rd party freight companies to execute nationwide shipping.

No, the set discount percentage you will receive applies to single item orders as well as bulk orders. We will review your account annually should you be eligible to transition to the next tier.

For all commercial orders, please email your enquiry to our sales team at sales@vorsen.com.au and we will respond with a formal quotation which will include your exclusive trade discount.  Stock is only allocated once full payment has been received.

Vorsen offers free warehousing on all paid orders. Once you are ready to receive delivery, simply let us know 72 hours in advance and we will prepare your order for dispatch.

We sure can! We will require a commitment purchase order and can place items under production for your project.

We can customise certain products to your brand's colours. Please email your Sales Account Manager - they will provide further information on colours, ordering process and any MOQ's.
